Mom's Amazing Gluten free Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cups oatmeal flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 cup walnut
1 cup pumpkin puree( I use butter nut squash when pumpkin is not in season)
 olive oil 1/2 cup
2 eggs
1/4 cup water

Combine all the dried ingredients together.
Beat the eggs. Mix eggs in with the sugar, oil, water. 
Add wet mix with the dry mix until well blended.
Mixed in the walnuts gently.
Bake in a medium loaf pan at 350F for 55 min.
Yum!
